1 small onion sliced 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 2 lbs squash yellow squash and zucchini salt & pepper to taste 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter
