Candy Bar Cookies

Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk, and sugar until light and fluffy, 3-5 minutes. Sift the flour and salt together. Turn the mixer on low, then slowly add the flour to the butter mixture. Roll the dough into 1-tablespoon sized balls and place the the cookie sheets. Press 4-6 candy chunks into the top of each dough ball. Press to flatten. Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets. Once cool, dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
